Some cool sea slug facts:
Did you know that leaf sheep (or scientically Costasiella kuroshimae) are one of the only species that gain their energy through photosynthesis? That’s why their little „leaves“ are green!🌿🐑
They eat some kind of algae and absorb their chloroplasts which are then able to gain energy through sunlight inside the body of the sea slug.🐌💚

The sea bunnies (Jorunna parva) exist in different colours, for example white, yellow and green🐰🤍💛💚
Their „ears“ do not help them hear but rather smell as they are chemo receptors, and their „tail“ helps them breathe as these are their gills!✨️

The blue sea slug is called Chromodoris willani, but the species also comes in other colours!💙🤍🤎
They feed on sponges, like many other sea slugs🧽
