Refund Policy

CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Please contact me as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. As long as your order has not been dropped off at the post office, I can cancel your order and issue a refund! The processing time is 2-5 days most of the time.

If your order has been dispatched, I can no longer cancel it. You can however return it after it arrives, but you`ll have to pay for the shipping and will not be refunded the shipping cost for your initial order.

RETURN & REFUND

You change your mind and would like to return the order for a refund, please follow this guide:

  1. Please contact me within 14 days since the receipt of the order for a refund, return and exchange. Upon receiving an email from me concerning this matter, you then have 14 days to dispatch the return.

  2. Please pack the returned order properly as they must arrive to me at sellable condition (undamaged and unused). You will only be entitled to the refund of undamaged items.

  3. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned order.

  4. I will issue your refund, minus the initial shipping costs after I check that the items are in the condition mentioned in 2.

Your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item(s) or there are missing item(s):

Please contact me immediately with proof of damage and all the content of the order through photos and/or videos.

You checked out with the wrong address:

  • If your order has not been sent yet, I can change the address!

  • If your order has been handed over to the post office, we will have to wait until the order is sent back to me. I then can (1) offer a refund minus shipping cost or (2) send the order to the correct address if you cover the shipping cost.

IMPORTANT:

  • I cannot issue a refund for a lost untracked order. Please use tracked shipping if you want to be insured in case of a lost order!

  • I will not issue a refund if the tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the address you provided.
