Shipping policy.

General Shipping Information

Orders will usually ship out within 2-5 working days, except customized items which will take about 5-10 working days. The items are shipped from Bonn in Germany.

Tracked Shipping

Tracked shipping is available as an add on - I would strongly recommend it. Untracked shipping is of course a bit cheaper but I can not refund orders with untracked shipping and you will not be able to see where the package is.


Custom Fees
International orders may be held by the receiving country and might require the payment of customs fees. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if your package is denied due to customs fee.

 
How long will it take to receive my order?
After the handling process your order will be shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post. Orders are shipped from Germany.

  • Domestic Shipping
    Domestic Shipping has an estimated shipping time of 3-10 business days but can take up to 2 weeks due to reasons that are out of my control.

  • International Shipping
    International Shipping has an estimated shipping time of 2-4 weeks, but may take all the way up to 3 months due to reasons that are out of our control such as delays at customs, holiday rush, high delivery loads, issues with your local post office and other circumstances that are directly linked to the post office shipping process.

  • EU: takes an average of 1-2 weeks to arrive.

  • USA: takes an average of 3-4 weeks to arrive.

  • Canada: takes an average of 3-5 weeks to arrive.

  • Australia: takes an average of 4-8 weeks to arrive.

  • Asia & Africa: takes an average of 8 weeks to arrive.


Delays
I will not be held liable for shipping delays that are directly linked to the post offices shipping process.

  • Please contact your local post office when encountering shipping delays. They will be most qualified to help you locate your package!

  • Upcoming Shipping charges are payed by the customer and are non-refundable unless damage or loss has occurred during shipping.
